Students in Fashion Construction Work on Individual Projects [Photo Gallery]

On April 2, students in Marissa Heyer’s Advanced Fashion Construction class work on individual projects or crafts. Students have the freedom to select projects that suit them based upon the required skill that they need to do in the class. Projects such as tote bags, prom dresses, hand embroidery, or personal projects. Heyer has been teaching at FHN since 2012 and teaches fashion construction one, two, and advanced, house and interior design, human relations, and international cuisine. “I love seeing the masterpieces that they create and I would like for them to feel really proud of things that they create,” Heyer said.
