On Monday, April. 6, the varsity girls soccer team played against Duchesne High School on the Knights’ home field. With 11 minutes remaining, Morgan Smith #7, scored the first goal of the game to give the Knights a 1-0 lead. The score remained unchanged in the second half as the Knights secured a 1-0 victory. When asked about the game junior Lexi Lohnes #15 said,” I think we played well although at times we played down to their level.” Lohnes said, “We had a lot of opportunities to score more goals but just fell short. Morgan had a good chip to find the back of the net to give us the lead.
