2021-22 Cutest Pet Contest

How to Enter:

In order for your submission to be considered, you must submit the following form to FHNtoday by 11:59 p.m. Friday, December 17th with the following items:

• A photo of your pet, with no one else in the photo
• Both you and your pets name
• Your pets breed/species and age
• Your grade level/faculty position

Terms and Conditions:

• Only one pet can be submitted for the contest
• At least one pet owner must be a student currently enrolled at FHN or a faculty member currently employed here
• In order to be considered, a photo and all required information must be submitted by the 11:59 p.m. deadline of Friday, December 17th. 
• By entering the contest parties consent to FHNtoday to using their image in the voting form for the Cutest Pet contest and in it’s promotion 
• Prizes will be awarded to the winner of the contest, FHNtoday is under no obligation to reveal what items will be included in final prize. Prize and its contents will be decided at the discretion of FHNtoday Editorial staff. 
• In order for their submission to be eligible, the student or staff member must submit a photo of one pet no one else in the photo. Include full names of the pet and owner, as well as the grade level/faculty position for the owner. 
• Submissions may not include any vulgar or profane content. FHNtoday reserves the right to withhold any submissions.
• Submissions will be accepted only through the following: Completion of the form provided at https://bit.ly/FHNCutestPetContest before Friday, December 17th
• Voting will take place through google form on FHNtoday.com, school email or other identification will not be required for voting.
• Voting will open Monday, January 3rd. Voting will be closed at 11:59 Friday, January 7th. The winning pet will be determined based off of whichever pet has the highest number of votes at that time. 
• The winning pet will be notified on January 12th during school hours and awarded their prize. If the owner is not in attendance that day to receive the award, a runner up will be selected.
• Members of any FHN Media Staff will not be eligible to win the grand prize
