Picture retake day is takes place today, Thursday Aug. 21, starting at 7:30 a.m. To some students at FHN it is one of their favorite days of the year because if they didn’t like their school pictures, they can retake them. In order to keep attendence, students are required to go to their classes first before going to the auditorium.

“I want to get my I.D. picture retaken, because I forgot to shower that day so I was in a rush and my picture looks bad,” senior Shelby Wiebe said.

Don’t forget that the 7 B’s apply. If  students don’t repest them, students are given the option to either wear a school supplied T-shirt or choose another time to take it. All grades get an I.D. with their free photo in the yearbook. Seniors using the Prestige photography company can have retakes on Friday Aug. 29 between 10 A.M. and 6 P.M. and another one on Sept. 19. LifeTouch sends seniors a card in the mail  for the chance to retake senior portraits. If needed, you can call LifeTouch to reschedule an appointment for retakes at (636) 438-0829. Again, all students must report to class for attendance purposes and let the teacher know that they are on the list for retakes.

“I really liked my senior pictures, but my hair was kind-of messed up and the photographer didn’t even tell me,” senior Megan Tanksley said. “So I may get mine redone.”
