While most district students chose not to come to school over fall break, student athletes from FHN, FHC and FHHS attended the Activities Leadership Summit hosted by FHN. Students reported to school in the morning for a few hours to hear from leaders in the district including Superintendent Mary Hendricks-Harris, MSHSAA Executive Asst. Director Todd Zell and others.

“I want to be a better teammate,” FHHS senior Emma Witter said.” I want to succeed in this personal area. It’s not just about winning.”

The students participated in team building activities, along with giving their “Why We Play” statements.
