Varsity Basketball player Kyle Lemons found out just before spring break that he was chosen for GAC South all-conference, an award that recognizes athletes for exceptional performance in their sport. Lemons was one of five boys chosen for the first team, which is the highest honor of all-conference.
“I was excited when I found out,” Lemons said. “I have something to work for [again] next season.”
Lemons was the only boys Basketball player from North to be selected for all-conference. He was chosen for this honor by the coaches of GAC South teams.
“I feel like he deserved it,” senior Ryan Jeppesen said. “He’s a good basketball player.”
