On September 20, the Francis Howell North Knights went on the road to face conference rival, the Francis Howell Vikings. While the Vikings were celebrating for their Homecoming game, FHN was looking to make it two wins in as many weeks as North came off a victory of 48-20 against the Fort Zumwalt South Bulldogs.
The scoring began when FHHS scored on a safety, the scored on a 10-yard run, a 24-yard pass, and a punt return. The Vikings then scored three more times in the second quarter. The score going into halftime was 44-0 Vikings. That score would stay as both teams failed to score in the second half. The Vikings are now 3-1, while the Knights fell to 1-3.
The next game for the Knights is next Friday, September 27 at 7:00. This will be FHN’s Homecoming game against the Francis Howell Spartans. (photos by matt krieg)
