If you have ever attended a varsity football game, and got distracted by the man screaming down at field and ringing a cowbell to throw off the other team. Well that is Scott Wolosyk. He had attended all of the varsity games and does everything in his power to help out the team.
“I try to make sure anything the coaching staff shouldn’t be worrying about is taken care of,” Wolosyk said.
Wolosyk also helps out with getting the black and gold football booth set up, and put up the senior football posters made by Matt Hampton and the National Guard this year.
“I feel that if the team goes out, day in and day out, and puts the work in to prepare for game day there should be a support system to make the team feel as though it was all worth it,” Wolosyk said. “If me going out of my way to do the little things makes the team feel appreciated, it is 100% worth it”
Wolosyk was a junior knights coach and has coached a lot of the current senior players. He has invested a lot of time for this team and hopes for the best for all of the football players.
“My favorite part of this season was getting to watch the Senior Night victory and to see the class of 2014 take it home and lead the underclassmen in the singing of the FHN fight song to the home crowd,” Wolosyk said.

I was just happy to be able to contribute. I want to give credit where credit belongs, though. Additional Fan of the Week props to Tina Schulze, who organized the Black & Gold Day booth and whatever the program needs, and Matt Hampton, who with his connections at the National Guard had the Senior posters made; I simply made sure they were hung before each home game. Truth be told, I was a part of a great group of parents from the senior & junior class that came out and yelled like heck no matter the situation or score. I will miss all of them and wish the program the best of luck in the future…
