Varsity Softball had their Senior Night against Liberty on Oct. 1 at the FHN softball field. Seniors, Ryleigh Albers, Kaylee Lohnes, Ritu Singh, Evie Kraus, Gia Grapenthin, Jonica Schmidt and Melia Lanig were honored by teammates, families and coaches. The game started off slow with few runs scored by each side. As the game went on, two home runs were hit by Senior Ryleigh Albers and Freshman Leah Fajatin. “We’ve had a lot of ups and downs this season, but the thing I’m going to miss the most is playing on the field with this amazing group of girls.” Says Langi. The knights were unable to keep up the momentum and ended with a score of 4-10. (Photos by Mallory Barker)
