On Monday April 20, the C-Team Baseball battled the Buchanan Trojans.

“We were just lousy in offense, our defense was fine after the first, but it definitely took awhile to get us going with our bats,” said sophomore Chandler Edgecomb

The Knights scored in the 0th inning. The Trojans scored in the 1st inning.

“We need to put work in, our defense was solid after the first. Other than that we need to work on making contact with the ball,” said Edgecomb

The Knights defeated the Trojans. The final score was 3-2. The next C-Team baseball game is Friday April 24. The Knights will be playing the Holt Indians. The game will be at home. Chandler Edgecomb drove in the last run, in the seventh inning with two outs and the bases loaded.

“It was pretty cool, it was definitely awesome,” said Edgecomb.
