On Arpil 5, the varsity baseball team went up against Troy. The final score was 4-6 making their overall record 9-2.
“We didn’t play our best and Troy took advantage of the fact that we took the game for granted,” Andrew Schmidt said.
The Knights led the game 0-3 through the 4th innning. Troy then caught up in the 6th inning after two home runs making the score 2-3. By the end of the 6th inning the score was 3-4. In the last inning Troy passed up the Knights and made the final score 6-4.
“If we work together, we’ll be able to win our next game,” Jacob Kalusniak said.
