Shiny hunting is an activity in most of the Pokemon games that some people choose to dedicate their time to. Shiny hunting means scouring through hundreds of Pokemon, looking for one that is a different color, or as it has been dubbed, a “shiny”. Trainers like Alex Wheadon find the task a lot of fun while others like Sophia McClure see it as a waste of time.
