Senator sanders waves to the crowd again as he walks off of the stage. This was Sanders’ last rally before the Illinois, Missouri, Florida, North Carolina, and Ohio primary elections.

Senator Sanders stands at his podium while he speaks. Sanders stood on a stage overlooking the crowd and surrounded by police officers, bodyguards, and secret service agents.

The crowd behind Sanders holds up the official campaign signs. The signs say “A future to believe in” which is Sanders’ campaign slogan.

A man puts his fist in the air during Sanders’ speech. Sanders has spoken about free college, paid maternity leave, and the expansion of social security. Many young adults have been found to support Sanders.

Two women hold handmade signs up in the air. Senator Sanders has spoke on the issue of racism and sexism in America. Sanders brought up topics like wage gaps between men and women and reforms to the criminal justice system.

Bernie Sanders waves at the crowd as he walks out on stage. The rally took place in the Family Arena in St. Charles, MO. There were approximately 5,500 people in attendance

Several people endorsed Sanders prior to his speech. The rally was put on in order to encourage more people to get out and vote for the primary elections on Tuesday, March 15.

The John Henry band performs before Bernie Sanders came out to speak. John Henry is a band from St. Louis that performs locally. They played several songs to help energize and entertain the crowd as they waited. The doors opened at 4:30 and Senator Sanders was scheduled to speak at 7:30.
