Francis Howell North’s senior goalkeeper and team captain, Logan Ponche, signs with Drury University for a soccer scholarship on April 8, 2011. Drury University has a division two men’s soccer team in Springfield, Missouri. Ponche and his team were conference and district champions in the fall of 2010, with a record of 18-8-1.
“ I am really excited, and I feel I have been working my entire life for this, so the sign today was really gratifying,” Ponche said.
Ponche was joined at the signing by his parents, Tom and Diane Ponche , Aunt Janine Barnes, Athletic Director Mike Janes, Coaches Larry Scheller, and Zach Fettig.
