“I think we played well, pretty solid defense,” head coach Larry Scheller said. “They were stronger, faster, and probably a little better skilled. When you run across those teams it’s hard to win.”
Overall the team ended up with a record of 6-1-12 this season. Before the season started only four players had varsity experience.
“The overall season went well,” Scheller said. “We struggled at the beginning, then our goalie got hurt which we struggled more. Hopefully the young guys continue to improve like they did during the season. Then hopefully next year will be a good year.”
