On Tuesday Jan. 12, the Junior Varsity Knights faced and defeated the Troy Trojans with a score of 36-30. The boys were very proud of the game and their teamwork, considering at half time the score was tied 17-17 and they were able to pull through and win.
“I knew we could pull through with the win at half time. We just had to keep the intensity up and trust in each other,” Said Nick Starks.
Knowing that all of the work they put into practice isn’t for nothing it felt great for the team to win.
“To be apart if a team and helping them win is very satisfying and gets me wondering what else I can do for my team and gives me motivation to work harder and be more of team player,” Said Evan Gallagher. (Photos by Ashleigh Barlow and Riley McCrackin)
